The New Jersey Civil Service Commission continues to evaluate titles that are appropriate for reallocation from the competitive to the noncompetitive class of service. These actions will provide State and local agencies with the flexibility and timeliness needed to meet their staffing needs.

The current reallocation includes local titles for which the education requirement consists of a Bachelor's degree, and in some cases certification, but do not require any experience.

The following titles are proposed for reallocation into the noncompetitive division of the career service:
