The Center for Learning and Improving Performance (CLIP) develops and offers a variety of training courses designed with public employees in mind. CLIP's partnership with the New Jersey Community College Consortium for Workforce Development and Rutgers University enhances our ability to provide public employees with state of the art classroom courses. CLIP also uses a Learning Management System (LMS) to offer online training as a fast and efficient way to educate staff and complement our instructor led courses.
