NRTC Webinar for Investors

The Neighborhood Revitalization Tax Credit Program (NRTC) will be accepting applications for tax credits from companies with a state business tax liability (current tax year), as part of the NRTC project application cycle for 2018-19 (state FY 2019).  The tax credit percentage for NRTC for 2018-19 will be 80%. A webinar, for past and potential investors, has been scheduled to cover the following:

  • Program Overview
  • Financial information (project funding and investment minimum/maximum)
  • Qualified Projects Pool
  • Investor applicant eligibility
  • The process of applying for a 80% state tax credit
  • Issuance of the tax credit certificate  

This webinar will occur on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 2 PM.
