Introduction: |
The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to the responsible bidder whose proposal, conforms with the criteria of this RFP, is most advantageous to the State, considering price and other factors. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals in an effort to secure a local advertising agency. The advertising agency will be responsible for developing and implementing an advertisement campaign in local print, electronic media (radio), social media and other online outlets. |
