Introduction: |
The intent of this RFP is to award a contract to the responsible bidder whose proposal conforms with the criteria of this RFP, and is most advantageous to the State, considering price and other factors. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bid proposals in an effort to secure a local agency, who will be responsible for developing and implementing a Demographic/Outreach study. The study will analyze and indicate effective methods to reach New Jersey Residents that are potentially LIHEAP and USF eligible. |
