Keynote Luncheon: 12:00 p.m. – 2:20 p.m., Partnering Agency Heads and Keynote Address delivered by New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy.
2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., Atlantic City Bus Tour.
2:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Breakout sessions, networking.

Wednesday, September 18: 8 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Registration, trade show, breakout sessions, awards presentation.
10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., Hall of Fame Award & Governor's Excellence in Housing and Economic Development Awards Brunch & Presentation:
