Reporting And Waivers

The Department has prepared the documents below for large food waste generators to demonstrate compliance with N.J.S.A. 13:1E-99.122 et seq.

All form submittals are to be directed via email to reducefoodwaste@dep.nj.gov. In order to submit a petition for waiver, the large food waste generator must also mail their submission to:
