This is a free (to NJ residents) component of the NJ Hunter Education Program.
Completing this online component (verified by the voucher) replaces the requirement of bringing a completed workbook to a field session/exam location. Successfully passing the in-person live-fire test is required to complete the Hunter Education Program.

The coursework is presented in a narrative fashion with more than 350 original illustrations and 35 interactive exercises, followed by review questions and discussion points. NJ specific teaching outlines and final exam have been added.

Students can register and take the online course now. A course completion voucher must be printed and brought to the live-fire session field.

Students should also note that also offers the only treestand safety course based on the latest guidelines developed by the Treestand Manufacturers Association. This new, fully interactive, narrative course effectively engages students and is only 15 minutes long. The treestand safety course is free to anyone at
