Radon Regulations
The regulations for Radon Testing and Mitigation at N.J.A.C. 7:28-27 are operative on and after December 3, 2022.
Certification Procedures
Individuals and businesses must become certified under the new radon certification regulations to test for and mitigate radon in New Jersey.

- Quality Assurance Plans: complete one or more of the applicable plans below by completely filling in minimal business-specific information OR prepare and submit your own plan in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:28-27.14
- Radiological Safety Plan: complete the applicable plan below by completely filling in minimal business-specific information OR prepare and submit your own plan in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:28-27.15
