Public Notice
Take notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the Delaware and Raritan Canal Commission are repealing the existing rules and proposing new rules implementing the Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park Law of 1974. The new rules include fees as well as general permits authorized by 2007 amendments to the statute.

The proposal is scheduled to be published in the December 1, 2008, New Jersey Register. The proposal can be viewed or downloaded on the Commission’s webpage, and on the Department’s website(PDF). A copy of the proposal is also available by e-mailing the Commission, or by calling the Commission (609) 397-2000.   It may be purchased from Lexis/Nexis at www.lexisnexis.com/bookstore.  Be advised that there may be a fee for obtaining a copy of the proposal from some sources.
