Subject [SRRA] Change to the TEMPORARY LSRP APPLICATION

This e-mail is to notify LSRP applicants to a change made to the TEMPORARY LICENSED SITE REMEDIATION PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION.

A field requesting applicants to provide their Business Name has been included in the updated application. Other changes involve formatting only.

It is not necessary to re-submit applications based on this change. Should further direction be necessary in preparing an application for submission to the Department, please contact Wayne Howitz at (609) 984-1351.
