[SRRA] SRRA Form submittals

At this time, it is still necessary that all forms required to comply with the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) and the Licensed Site Remediation program be submitted to the following address:

Bureau of Case Assignment & Initial Notice
Site Remediation Program
NJ Department of Environmental Protection
401-05H
PO Box 420
Trenton, NJ 08625-0420

Note that all forms are available on the Site Remediation Program web site at https://www.nj.gov/dep/srp/srra/forms/. Forms should not be sent via email. Forms submitted via email will not be processed by the SRP. As a result, the information about the site available to the Department, the regulated community and the public will potentially be incomplete.

The Department is currently working to simplify, computerize and expedite the submittal of the forms and key documents needed for SRRA using the njdeponline service, and a listserv message will be distributed when these services become available. The Department anticipates some aspects of the service will be available prior to May 2012.
