[SRRA] Technical Guidance Document Training Series * Alternative/Clean Fill Guidance and Historic Fill/DAP Guidance

Two sessions will be held for this training:

Monday, October 27th at 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (8:30 registration check-in) in the DEP Public Hearing Room, Trenton

Wednesday, November 16th at 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM (8:30 registration check-in) at New Jersey Institute of Technology

Program Description of Alternative and Clean Fill:
The presentation will provide an overview of how to determine when and where material may be used as alternative fill and/or clean fill in a remedial action at Site Remediation Program sites. The new technical guidance is in support of the relevant sections of the current Technical Requirements for Site Remediation and the proposed regulations anticipated for May 2012 adoption.

In order to facilitate a working relationship between the Department and environmental professionals, these training sessions are open to both DEP staff and LSRPs. In person attendance is limited, so registration for all attendees will be on a first come first served basis.
