[SRRA]: January 29, 2018 - Training: ISRA, What Every Practitioner Needs to Know

Training on the ISRA Program will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM (check-in at 8:30 AM) in the DEP Public Hearing Room, 401 E. State Street, Trenton.

Program Description:

The program will cover many regulatory aspects of conducting remediation of sites subject to the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) including applicability determinations, understanding ISRA triggers, learning about alternative compliance options, and a review of common errors and practical applications that illustrate the pitfalls and complications that can arise during the remediation of ISRA subject sites. Technical aspects of remediating ISRA sites will not be covered in this training.

Continuing Education Credits (CECs):
The Department has applied to the Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board (SRPLB) for 2.5 regulatory continuing education credits (CECs) for this course. Please note certificates WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE until the course is approved by the SRPLB. The list of Board-approved continuing education programs is available at: www.nj.gov/lsrpboard/board/education/approved_continuing_education_courses_all_dates.pdf. After the course, the Licensed Site Remediation Program Association (LSRPA) will provide eligible attendees detailed instructions via email to obtain a CEC certificate.
