The Water Resources Association of the Delaware River Basin (WRADRB) held its annual fall conference on Wednesday, November 7, 2012. The conference, entitled Energy, Water, and the Environment in the Delaware River Basin was held at the Rutgers EcoComplex in Bordentown, N.J.
