The Partnership for the Delaware Estuary (PDE) publishes a Technical Report for the Delaware Estuary and Basin (TREB) every five years.

DRBC provides substantial in-kind contributions of staff time and resources towards these publications.

For PDE's 2022 TREB, DRBC staff authored two chapters: Chapter 3 - Water Quantity and Chapter 4 - Water Quality.

In September 2023, PDE and the DRBC presented jointly on the TREB at the Coalition for the Delaware River Watershed's 11th Annual Delaware River Watershed Forum.
