New Jersey Disparity Study
New Jersey is in the process of its first disparity study of the State’s contract awards in 20 years. The study will review awards for construction, goods, and services, over a five-year period to examine the share of State dollars spent with minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses. The Office of Diversity and Inclusion in the Department of the Treasury is overseeing the effort, conducted by Mason Tillman Associates, Ltd.
Manager of Supplier Diversity
Treasury's Office of Diversity & Inclusion is looking for a Manager of Supplier Diversity to play a pivotal role in supporting equity in state contracting. The Manager will work directly under the Chief Diversity Officer, supporting innovative solutions that promote contracting opportunities for small, minority, and veteran owned businesses.
