Governor Murphy Takes Action on Legislation
TRENTON – Today, Governor Murphy signed the following bills into law:
S-317/A-1446 (Diegnan, Amato/Karabinchak, Simonsen) – Revises "Athletic Training Licensure Act"
S-1403/A-4029 (Singleton, Space/Sumter, Sampson, Hall) – Requires employer or contractor engaged in work for public body to submit payroll records to DOLWD
S-2783/A-3696 (McKeon, Gopal/Danielsen) – "Travel Insurance Act"
S-3132/A-4334 (Ruiz/Speight, Atkins, Sampson) – Imposes certain requirements on secondhand dealers of cellular telephones and wireless communication devices
Governor Murphy conditionally vetoed the following bills:
S-1277/A-3363 (Beach, Ruiz/Miller, Reynolds-Jackson, Sampson) – CONDITIONAL –Establishes centralized directory for affordable housing, and housing for senior citizens and veterans
