Specialized Pediatric Centers

PTC Centers provide access to pediatric specialty providers for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) throughout the state of New Jersey. These evaluations are completed by a Core Team of providers, which enables families to seek care through one Center instead of multiple sites for each specialist. PTC Centers also provide coordination services to families in addition to educational resources that are made available to families, providers, and other members of the community.

Children birth through 21 in need of pediatric specialty care services including (but not limited to):

• Pediatric Neurology
• Pediatric Psychology/Psychiatry
• Pediatric Cardiology
• Pediatric Endocrinology
• Pediatric Gastroenterology
• Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
• Pediatric Surgery
• Pediatric Anesthesia
• Pediatric Pulmonology

There are no income requirements for services available through PTC Centers.
