County Drug and Alcohol Directors
The County Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Authority is the agency or individual designated by the County Board of Chosen Freeholders to plan, develop and establish alcoholism and drug abuse programs for county residents. The County Alcoholism/Drug Abuse Coordinator is the individual designated by the County Authority to prepare the County Alcoholism and Drug Abuse plan, and to coordinate the development of alcoholism and drug abuse services in cooperation with the Local Advisory Committee on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (LACADA).
