FIREWORKS ACT & SALE AND PUBLIC DISPLAY OF FIREWORKS the Fireworks Acts are enforced to prevent the unlawful manufacture, sale, transportation, and use of dangerous fireworks. The Sale and Public Display of Fireworks mandates that local municipalities acquire the necessary resolutions prior to allowing fireworks displays.
MINE SAFETY ACT & PITS AND QUARRIES REGULATIONS provides for the safety and health of workers and for the construction, operation, and maintenance of pits and quarries in the interest of the life, health and safety of employees, as well as protection of property.
