The COURTS on-line e-filing program allows attorneys, insurance carriers, governmental agencies and self insurers to file and/or receive legal documents through the Internet. Over thirty different types of legal pleadings, including Motions can be filed under this program. In March 2014, the e-filing program was expanded to enable e-filers to attach supporting documentation (medicals, certifications, affidavits, etc) to certain legal pleadings. More Information. |
Insurance carriers, third party administrators, self-administered self-insured employers and statutory non-insured employers are required by law to file accident reports with the State in an electronic format compatible with national Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards. More information. |
