Alan
D. Grecco was convicted on March 22, 1983, of one count of conspiracy,
second degree, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:5-2 and one count of
bribery, second degree, in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:2-6 and N.J.S.A.
2C:27-2 when he attempted to bribe a New Jersey State Police officer.
He was sentenced to seven years in prison and fined $1,500.
