On October 29, 2002, Mr. Ho was arrested for using fraudulent credit cards to obtain numerous cash advances in multiple Atlantic City casinos for forgery by signing another's name to a fraudulent credit card to obtain cash advances. On May 26, 2004, Mr. Ho pled guilty to Theft Credit Cards - False Make. On June 25, 2004, Mr. Ho was sentenced to 364 days in prison and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $11,018.
On March 30, 2003, Mr. Ho was arrested in an Atlantic City casino for engaging in violent, tumultuous behavior and disrupting the normal flow of casino operations. On May 12, 2003, Mr. Ho pled guilty to Improper Behavior/Disorderly Conduct and was fined $75.
On January 27, 2005, Mr. Ho was arrested for removing a $20 voucher from an Atlantic City slot machine. On February 3, 2005, Mr. Ho pled guilty to Theft by Unlawful Taking and was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for 30 days, which was suspended, and fined $200.
