On
September 12, 1981, while at Harrah's Casino, defendant was arrested
and charged with conspiracy to cheat at roulette. On January 10,
1983, he entered a plea of guilty to accusation 1-11-83B charging
him with swindling and cheating in Atlantic County Superior Court
contrary to N.J.S.A. 5:12-113(a). He was fined $1,000 and executed
a waiver form consenting to the placement of his name on the exclusion
list.
