Paul
Mah has been publicly identified as being a supplier of heroin to
the Tung On Gang street gang, which is headquartered in the New
York City area. The Tung On Gang has been found to have engaged
in such criminal activities as drug trafficking, gambling, extortion
and murder. In addition, the Tung On Gang has been found to be linked
with the Tung On Tong, a national organization which, although legitimate
in part, purportedly engages in organized criminal activities including
narcotics distribution and illegal gambling. In addition to the
above, at the time of the Division filing the exclusion action of
December 7, 1994, Paul Mah was the subject of a pending federal
indictment filed in the Eastern District of New York which charges
that between January 1986 and December 31, 1993, he participated
in a conspiracy to distribute heroin and to possess with intent
to distribute heroin. Lastly, Paul Mah also has criminal convictions
in 1976 for illegal possession of a weapon and criminal trespass. |
