Joseph
Massino a/k/a Joey Massino has been identified by the United
States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation
as the "Boss" of the Bonanno LCN Family. In October
1986, Mr. Massino was found guilty of violations of the
RICO Law (one count), the Hobbs Act (one count) and the
Taft-Hartley Law (9 counts). In January 1987, he was sentenced
to a ten-year prison term. |
