Derrick L. McCalvin has an extensive criminal record of more than thirty (30) arrests, with both state and federal convictions. A number of Mr. McCalvin's crimes were committed in Atlantic City casinos. As a result of the crimes committed in the Atlantic City casinos, on August 7, 2003, Mr. McCalvin pled guilty in Atlantic County Superior Court to three (3) counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking. Mr. McCalvin was sentenced on October 17, 2003 to eighteen (18) months in State prison. Mr. McCalvin was released from prison on August 1, 2004. |
