Mr. Redington has an extensive criminal record including at least 35 convictions for Defiant Trespass in 11 Atlantic City casinos from 2001 through 2004. In 2005, Mr. Redington was arrested for Defiant Trespass on at least ten separate occasions in multiple Atlantic City casinos and convicted for each offense. In 2006, Mr. Redington has been arrested at least five times for Defiant Trespass in multiple Atlantic City casinos. Additionally, Mr. Redington has been issued innumerable Municipal Count orders barring him from entering individual Atlantic City casinos for a term of years, which he has ignored. Mr. Redington has been arrested for Contempt of Court on at least two occasions since 2000 for his failure to comply with judicial orders barring him from entrance to Atlantic City casinos and has been convicted for each offense.
