James A. Visioli served as an Alderman in the Town of Dover. He is the longest serving Alderman in Dover history, serving over 28 years in that capacity. He also served on the Dover Board of Adjustment as well as the Dover Planning Board.
A Dover resident for more than 65 years, Mr. Visioli is a graduate of the Dover Public School system. He furthered his technical studies and is a graduate of Newark Industrial Technical Institute, and Stevens Institute of Technology.
Mr. Visioli is the recipient of the "District Award of Merit" from the Boy Scouts of America, and has been inducted into the New Jersey State League of Municipalities Elected Officials Hall of Fame. He is retired from Northrop Grumman Corporation where he was the Director of Operations for the microwave aerospace defense division.
Mr. Visioli is an avid outdoorsman, a member of the Dover Historical Society, and the East Dover Social Club.
