Highlands Regional Master Plan (RMP) conformance status is indicated to the right of each municipality and county listed below. A conforming municipality is defined in the Highlands Council's adopted Plan Conformance Procedures as one that not only has an approved petition for plan conformance for the entire municipality, but has also adopted or amended a land development ordinance that is consistent with the Highlands Act and Regional Master Plan (RMP).
