Please review these website Terms of Use carefully before using this website (the “website”). These website terms of use (the “terms of use”) govern your access to and use of the website. The website is available for your use only on the condition that you agree to the terms of use set forth below. 1. User Eligibility

This Website is provided by the New Jersey State Police (the “State Police”) and is available only to those individuals who have agreed to the terms of this agreement by clicking on the “I Agree” button at the end of this agreement.

2. Scope of Terms of Use

This website was created by the New Jersey State Police as a means of providing the public with access to the Repair Records of Alcotest instruments provided by the manufacturer, Draeger, to the State of New Jersey. This website is strictly limited and intended to provide public access to the Repair Records of Alcotest instruments operated by law enforcement agencies in the state of New Jersey.

3. Contents

The data contained on this website consists of images of the Repair Records for Alcotest 7110 MK-III instruments operated by New Jersey law enforcement agencies. The records are created by the manufacturer after the Alcotest instrument is repaired and prior to its return to service. The Repair Report consists of a single-page form entitled “Return & Repair Form.” The repair history covers the time period from 2005 until the present. The New Jersey State Police, Information Technology Bureau, working in conjunction with the Office of Forensic Sciences, regularly updates this information, to try to assure that it is complete and correct. Although efforts have been made to insure the information is as accurate as possible, no guarantee is made or implied.

4. Modifications

The New Jersey State Police may revise and update these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued usage of the Website after any changes to these Terms of Use will mean that You accept those changes. Any aspect of the Website may be changed, supplemented, or updated without notice at the sole discretion of the New Jersey State Police.

5. Questions or Comments
