NJSP Requesting Public Help In Locating Missing Man

West Trenton, N.J. - The New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit and the Paterson Police Department are seeking the public's assistance in locating an 83 year old man reported missing on Sunday, June 3, 2012 at 6:30 a.m.

Lucius Gardner was last seen on Sunday, June 3, 2012 at approximately 12:30 a.m. at his residence on Trenton Avenue in Paterson, N.J. Gardner is a black male, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 155 lbs, with grey hair. He was last seen wearing a grey sweater, blue jeans, and white sneakers.

He does suffer from dementia and has walked away from his residence before and was located in the Paterson, N.J. area. Anyone with information regarding the location of Mr. Gardner is encouraged to contact the Paterson Police Department at 973-321-1111 or the NJSP Missing Persons Unit at 800-709-7090.
