Case Information

The victim was found floating in the Atlantic Ocean, 7 miles east of Sandy Hook, New Jersey on July 26, 1998. His ears are not pierced. He was carrying a prescription medicine, Dilantin 100, in one pocket of his shorts.

Both have the letters "PAZ" inscribed on the back. The third charm is a double cross, known as a "Caravaca" cross, with an angel figure on the right and left sides at the bottom of the cross.
