On April 10, 2008, Joseph M. Baldino, Jr. was indicted for knowingly promoting the commission of the crimes of Money Laundering, Criminal Usury and Promoting Gambling. On February 27, 2009, Joseph M. Baldino, Jr. was found guilty of Promoting Gambling in violation of N.J.S.A. 2C:37-2, a third degree offense, and was sentenced to two-hundred (200) days in the Atlantic County Jail, three (3) years probation, fines and penalties.
