Nicodemo
Scarfo was convicted on February 4, 1964, for involuntary manslaughter
and on April 9, 1981, for unlawful possession or receipt of a firearm
after the conviction of a felony. He is a career or professional
offender and an associate of career or professional offenders and
is a person whose presence in a licensed casino establishment would
be inimical to the interest of the State of New Jersey and licensed
gaming therein. The Commission found that he satisfied the criteria
for exclusion in N.J.S.A. 5:12-71(a)(1), (2) and (3) and N.J.A.C.
19:48-1.3(a)(1), (2), (3) and (4). |
