On
June 21, 1981, while at the Playboy Casino, Gurgen Schrader was
observed past-posting bets at the game of roulette as part of a
cheating scam. On April 14, 1983, in Atlantic County Superior Court,
he entered a plea of guilty to cheating and swindling at casino
gaming in an amount under $25 contrary to N.J.S.A. 5:12-113(b) and
executed a waiver form consenting to have his name placed on the
exclusion list.
