On February 6, 2006, the United States District Court Eastern District of New York, indicted Joseph Spinnato, and charged him with multiple counts of mail fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code §1341 and 2. On June 4, 2008, Joseph Spinnato pleaded guilty to one (1) count of “Mail Fraud Conspiracy”. On August 15, 2008, Joseph Spinnato was sentenced to four (4) months incarceration and three (3) years probation, first four (4) months “home confinement”. |
