NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed amendments to regulations that will permit licensed pharmacists to administer influenza vaccines to children.
P.L. 2013, c. 254 permits licensed pharmacists to administer the influenza vaccine to patients who are at least seven years old. The proposal effectuates P.L. 2013, c. 254 and establishes requirements for pharmacists who will administer pediatric influenza vaccines.
