NEWARK – The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs has proposed amendments to regulations governing the practice of social workers.
The proposal revises scope of practice standards, education and training requirements for licensure, continuing education requirements, requirements for financial arrangements with clients, confidentiality waiver requirements, sexual misconduct standards, reporting requirements, and advertising requirements.
