(a) In order to be eligible for review by the Board, all evidence must have been filed with the Board. If the procedure listed herein is not followed, the Board may, in its discretion, delay its decision or a hearing until foregoing prerequisites have been met.
(b) The Board shall render its decision regarding the application within six month of receipt, by the Board, of all information for it to render a final judgment in the matter.
