The Attorney General oversees the Department of Law & Public Safety with the support of his executive leadership team. The team advises the Attorney General on legal, policy, and administrative matters and assists with the day-to-day supervision of the Department’s divisions and initiatives.
Kirstin Krueger is a Deputy Attorney General, with the title of Counsel to the Attorney General. Prior to joining OAG, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City, in the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor and the Richmond County District Attorney's Office. She graduated from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts and Brooklyn Law School.
