Filings and submissions

Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 19:10-2.3 and 2.4, certain documents can be sent by facsimile transmission and e-mail, waiving requirements for filing originals and multiple copies (which are still required if filed by mail or hand-delivery). Originals of showings of interest, authorization cards, and interest arbitration-related documents are still required regardless of the filing method.
