The State of New Jersey does not currently require indoor masking for visitors and staff in state buildings.
The New Jersey State Museum offers students 4 floors of exhibits exploring the Natural and Cultural history of the State, Archaeology and the Lenape People, and a remarkable Fine Art collection. Each long-term exhibit gallery offers printed guides for both pre-K and older students to explore on their own. You can also choose to enhance your field trip with a guided tour or a hands-on workshop.
Don’t forget to reserve a visit to the Planetarium! Our newly upgraded Ultra-High Resolution 8K projection system will immerse students in the wonders of the galaxy.
We continue to provide Virtual Field Trip options to give you flexibility in lesson planning. Choose from virtual tour kits that include hands-on projects shipped directly to you or live virtual interactions with our experts.
