Question 1: Under Section 9 for the Computer Systems and Networking Team Leader can the qualifications requirement for “Cisco Certified Network Engineer”, which is an older certification, be replaced with the current Cisco Certified Network Associate Certification?
Answer 1: Yes.
Question 2: Under Section 9 for the ITS Design Team Leader can the qualifications requirement for “BSEE or 10 years of experience with ITS Electrical Design” be changed to “BSEE or 10 years of experience with ITS Design” since not all ITS design is electrical design?
Answer 2: Yes.
Question 3: Sections 9 and 10 include CTSS and ATDM Team Leaders, respectively. Should we provide a resume for both a CTSS and an ATDM Team Leader or should the title in Section 9 be changed to ATDM Team Leader?
Answer 3: Yes, Change to ATDM team leader only.
Question 4: Under Section 10 for the Roadway Design Team Leader can the experience requirement for “Prepared Foundation and Boring Reports’ be eliminated since this is a structural / geotechnical design activity?
Answer 4: Yes, add the requirement under Structural Design Task Experience in Section 10.
Question 5: Under Section 10 for the Roadway Design Team Leader can the text “and associated Environmental impact studies” be eliminated since this is an environmental design activity?
Answer 5: Yes.
Question 6: Under Section 10 for the Environmental Science Team Leader can the experience requirement for “Experience with NJDOT Surveying Manual and Standard Article 51” be eliminated since this is a surveying activity?
Answer 6: Yes.
Question 7: Under Section 12 should graphics be provided – two 11”x17” pages?
Answer 7: You may include 2 Extra 11”x17” for pictures, X-Sections, Schematics, Plan Views, ETC. Which may enhance or be referred to in your project approach narrative write-up. No additional narrative beyond the Three (3) page limit will be evaluated.
Question 8: In the Solicitation 184 Technical Proposal Part 3 Project Manager’s Specific Requirements Term Agreement form it is showing 3 question marks in the line after “A similar project must include the following Experience:”. Will an amended version of that form be posted with the question marks replaced with pre-qualification codes?
Answer 8: The statement should be disregarded.
Question 9: Due to two extra 11x17 sheets of figures and the criteria revisions resulting from the Q&A, would you please consider an extension of the deadline for TP-184?
Answer 9: The closing date has been extended to May 16, 2018.
