Question 1: On page 1 of the Part 2 response forms it shows qualifications as PCI-I. On page 4, it shows qualifications as PCI-II.
Answer 1: Sections 9 and 10 on pages 4 & 5 should not indicate Technician 1, 2 & 3 in the primary task row. It should be left blank. Sections 9 & 10 is for Team Leaders.
Question 2: Instructions show Section 7 – PM past performance as being required but in Table A it is not required.
Answer 2: Instructions should say "NOT REQUIRED FOR THIS TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” in Section 7.
Question 3: Instructions show Section 12 – Key issues and critical problems as not required but in Table A it is required.
Answer 3: Instructions should say “REQUIRED FOR THIS TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” in Section 12.
Question 4: If SBE requirements apply, can you please clarify the stipulations to be considered a small business for this RFP?
Answer 4: There are no SBE requirements for this solicitation.
Question 5: Can you clarify the ASCE Grade on Part 3 top of page 1? Is this section required to be filled out for submittal?
Answer 5: List the ASCE grade of the Project Manager. This section is to be filled out.
Question 6: Instructions Part 6, Section 14 states that no consultant input is required. Can you confirm that no consultant input is required for this section?
Answer 6: No consultant input is required.
Question 7: Are we able to substitute our own resume formats, or are we required to use those provided?
Answer 7: Yes, a different format may be used.
Question 8: The RFP requires us to submit a proposal via BidExpress, which in turn requires a membership and sign-up fees. Is there an alternate method of submission?
Answer 8: BidExpress is the only way we accept proposal submissions.
Question 9: The instructions for Section 10 state that the years indicated must be in addition to the years claimed in Section 1B. Can you confirm that Section 10 should include the same technician(s) listed under Section 1B?
Answer 9: Yes, it pertains to the same inspector listed in Section 1B.
