Question 1: Is it acceptable to specify an order of preference for the three various separate Contracts?
Answer 1: No, preferences can not be submitted for this project.
Question 2: We acknowledged that we cannot give preferences; however, can we elect to be excluded from one of the regions given the vast commute distance in between regions?
Answer 2: Yes.
