Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 15
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 15 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Morris County:
i. In the Town of Dover:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A)  For the entire length of the cul-de-sac at the southerly terminus of Route NJ 15.
(B) Between the easterly curb lines of Pequannock Street - Warren Street and a point 80 feet east of the easterly curb line of Morris Street.
(C) Between Davis Avenue and the southernmost Town of Dover – Rockaway Township corporate line.
(2) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between a point 65 feet north of the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Goodale Avenue and a point 110 feet northerly therefrom.
ii. In the Township of Rockaway:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation, except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.
iii. In the Township of Jefferson:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between a point 120 feet north of the center line of Berkshire Valley Road and a point 120 feet south of the center line of Berkshire Valley Road.
(2) No stopping or standing along the westerly side of the northbound roadway:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of Berkshire Valley Road and a point 850 feet northerly therefrom.
(3) No stopping or standing along the easterly side of the northbound roadway:
(A) Between a point 525 feet south of the southerly curb line of Taylor Road and a point 875 feet north of the northerly curb line of Taylor Road.
(4) No stopping or standing along both sides of the southbound roadway:
(A) Between the southerly curb line of Hellers Lane and a point 2,000 feet south of the southerly curb line of Tierney Road.
(5) No stopping or standing along the easterly side of the southbound roadway:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of Berkshire Valley Road and a point 300 feet northerly therefrom.
2. In Sussex County:
i. In the Township of Sparta:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between Woodport Road and a point 315 feet west of the westerly curb line of Woodport Road.
(B) Between Sparta Road (County Route 517) and Mohawk Avenue.
(2) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between a point 1000 feet south of the southerly curb line of White Lake Road and a point 400 feet southerly therefrom.
(B) Between a point 500 feet north of the northerly curb line of Father John's Lane and a point 200 feet northerly therefrom.
ii. In the Township of Lafayette:
(1) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between a point 1,210 feet south of the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Beaver Road and a point 500 feet southerly therefrom.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 15 described in this subsection shall be designated as “no parking bus stop” zones where parking is prohibited at all times. In accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39;4-199, permission is granted to erect appropriate signs at the following established bus stops:
1. In Morris County:
i. In the Township of Jefferson:
(1) Far side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between the southerly curb line of Swan Lane and a point 100 feet southerly therefrom.
(c) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 15 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “time limit parking” zones where parking is permitted as described:
1. In Morris County:
i.  In the Town of Dover:
(1) Two (2) hour time limit parking along the northbound (easterly) side between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM on Sunday:
(A) Between the westerly curb line of Peqannock Street and a point 357 feet west of the westerly curb line of Peqannock Street.
(2) Two (2) hour time limit parking along the southbound (westerly) side between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 12:00 PM and 10:00 PM on Sunday:
(A) Between the westerly curb line of Warren Street and a point 405 feet west of the westerly curb line of Warren Street.
