Route NJ 45
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 45 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Salem County:
Note: State Highway Route NJ 45 is coincident with State Highway Route US 40 from mileposts 8.80 to 9.44.
i. In the City of Salem:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of Route NJ 49 (Broadway) and a point 515 feet northerly therefrom.
(B) Between a point 90 feet south of the southerly curb line of Grant Street-Griffith Street and a point 100 feet north of the northerly curb line of Grant Street-Griffith Street.
(2) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between a point 100 feet north of the northerly curb line of Grant Street-Griffith Street and a point 50 feet south of the southerly curb line of Grant Street-Griffith Street.
(B) Between a point 105 feet north of the northerly curb line of Martin Luther King Drive and a point 195 feet northerly therefrom.
ii. In the Township of Mannington:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between Fenwick Creek & Woodnut Street (mileposts 0.43 to 0.66).
(B) Between a pont 100 feet north of County Route 540 and a point 500 feet south of County Route 540.
iii. In the Township of Pilesgrove:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between Cemetery Road and the Bridge over Nichomas Run.
iv. In the Borough of Woodstown:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between a point 315 feet south of the southerly curb line of Grant Street and a point 324 feet southerly therefrom.
(B) Between the northerly curb line of Routes US 40-NJ 45 (East-West Avenues) and a point 110 feet northerly therefrom.
(2) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between a point 374 feet south of the southerly curb line of West Grant Street and a point 382 feet southerly therefrom.
(B) Between the northerly curb line of Routes US 40-NJ 45 (East-West Avenues) and a point 56 feet northerly therefrom.
2. Gloucester County:
Note: State Highway Route NJ 45 is coincident with State Highway Route US 322 from mileposts 17.78 to 18.16. Note:  State Highway Route NJ 45 is under County jurisdiction from approximate mileposts 17.59 to 18.24.
i. In the Township of Harrison:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between the northerly intersection of Route US 322 and Colson Lane.
(2) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between a point 100 feet north of the northerly curb line of High Street and a point 70 feet south of the southerly curb line of High Street.
(3) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of County Route 551 Spur and a point 175 feet north of the northerly curb line of County Route 551 Spur.
(B) Between the easterly curb line (extended) of Route US 322 and a point 370 feet southerly therefrom.
(C) Between the Route NJ 77 (Bridgeton Pike) / Route NJ 45 (Woodstown Road) intersection and a point 85 feet of the prolongation of the northerly curb line of High Street.
ii. In the Township of Mantua:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of Madison Avenue and the Mantua Township – Deptford Township/West Deptford Township corporate line (at Mantua Creek), including all ramps and connections which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation.
(B) Between a point 740 feet north of the northerly curb line of Santa Fe Drive and a point 175 feet north of the northerly curb line of Jackson Road.
iii. In the Township of West Deptford:
(1) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of Hessian Avenue and a point 200 feet northerly therefrom.
(B) Between the Woodbury City – West Deptford Township corporate line and the West Deptford Township – Mantua Township corporate line.
iv.  In the Borough of Woodbury Heights:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of Elm Avenue – Griscom Lane and the Woodbury Heights Borough – City of Woodbury corporate line.
v. In the City of Woodbury:
(1) No stopping or standing along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between the Woodbury Heights Borough – City of Woodbury corporate line and the southerly curb line of Carpenter Street – Penn Street.
(B) Between a point 244 feet north of the prolongation of the northerly curb line of West Street and extending 30 feet northerly therefrom.
(2) No stopping or standing along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between Delaware Street and Red Bank Avenue.
(B) Between the southerly curb line of Carpenter Street – Penn Street and the City of Woodbury – West Deptford Township corporate line.
vi. In the Borough of Westville:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between a point 800 feet south of the junction of Route US 130 (Island Nose) and the northerly curb line of Redfern Lane.
(2) No stopping or standing along both sides of the southbound roadway:
(A) Between the junction of Route US 130 (Island Nose) and a point 800 feet southerly therefrom.
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 45 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
1. In Salem County:
i.  In the City of Salem:
(1) Far side bus stops along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of Grant Street and a point 100 feet northerly therefrom.
(2) Near side bus stops along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between the northerly curb line of Grant Street and a point 100 feet northerly therefrom.
ii. In the Township of Mannington:
(1) Along Route NJ 45, northbound, on the easterly side at:
(A) Tide Mill Road – (near side) (NJ Transit ID# 28001) – Beginning at the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Tide Mill Road and extending 105 feet southerly therefrom.
(B) Between Haines Neck Road and County Home Road – (mid-block) (NJ Transit ID# Pending) – Beginning at a point 340 feet north of the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Haines Neck Road and extending 135 feet northerly therefrom.

(A) Between a point 640 feet from the southerly curb line of East Grant Street and a point 110 feet north of Routes US 40-NJ 45 (East-West Avenues).
(2) Two (2) hour time limit parking between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM along the southbound (westerly) side, Monday through Friday:
(A) Between a point 760 feet south of the southerly curb line of West Grant Street and a point 56 feet north of Routes US 40-NJ 45 (East-West Avenues).
2. In Gloucester County:
i. In the Township of Harrison:
(1) Two (2) hour time limit parking between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM along the northbound (easterly) side, Monday through Friday:
(A) Between a point where the extended southerly side line of High Street would intersect the easterly side line of South Main Street and a point where the extended northwesterly line of Woodstown Road would intersect the easterly line of South Main Street.
(2) Two (2) hour time limit parking between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM along the southbound (westerly) side, Monday through Friday:
(A) Between a point 70 feet south of the southerly curb line of High Street and a point 25 feet north of the Route NJ 77 (Bridgeton Pike)/Route NJ 45 (Woodstown Road) intersection.
ii. In the City of Woodbury:
(1) Fifteen (15) minute time limit parking between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM along the northbound (easterly) side, daily:
(A) Between Cooper Street and Federal Street (Post Office Driveway).
(2) One (1) hour time limit parking between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM along the northbound (easterly) side, daily:
(B) Between Federal Street (Post Office Driveway) and Hunter Street.
(3) Two (2) hour time limit parking between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM along the northbound (easterly) side, daily:
(A) Between Carpenter Street-Penn Street and a point 244 feet north of the prolongation of the northerly curb line of West Street.
(B) Between Barber Avenue (CR 663) and Cooper Street-Delaware Street.
(4) Two (2) hour time limit parking between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM along the northbound (easterly) side, daily:

1. In Salem County:
i. In the City of Salem:
(1) No parking between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM along both sides, Monday through Saturday.
(A) Between Route NJ 49 (Broadway) and Grant Street-Griffith Street.
(2) Parking permitted between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM only along the northbound (easterly) side, Sunday through Saturday.
(A) Between a point 220 feet north of the prolongation of the northerly curb line of Martin Luther King Drive and a point 100 feet north of the northerly curb line of Grant Street-Griffith Street.
(3) Parking is permitted between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM only along the southbound (westerly) side, Sunday through Saturday.
(A) Between a point 100 feet south of the southerly curb line of Grant Street-Griffith Street and the southerly curb line of Martin Luther King Drive.
(e) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 45 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “handicapped parking” areas for the use of persons who have been issued special vehicle identification cards by the Motor Vehicle Commission in accordance with the provisions of NJSA 39:4-197.5:
1. In Salem County:
i. In the City of Salem:
(1) Restricted parking along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Between a point 235 feet south of the prolongation of the southerly curb line of Howell Street and a point 22 feet southerly therefrom. (In front of 54 Market Street).
(2) Restricted parking along the southbound (westerly) side:
(A) Between a point 35 feet north of the northerly curb line of Howell Street and to a point 22 feet northerly therefrom. (In front of 33 Market Street).
(f) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 45 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking certain hours for certain classes of vehicles” zones where parking is permitted as described:
1. In Salem County:
i. In the City of Salem:
(1) No parking between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM along both sides for trucks, tractor, trailer, semi-trailer or omnibus having the gross weight in excess of four (4) tons Sunday through Saturday, including holidays:
(A) Between Route NJ 49 and the City of Salem – Mannington Township corporate line.
(g) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 45 described in this subsection are designated and established as “Emergency Vehicle Access Zones” where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Gloucester County:
i. In the City of Woodbury:
(1) No stopping or standing (emergency vehicle access zone) along the northbound (easterly) side:
(A) Woodbury City Police Department entrance/exit driveway – Beginning at a point 540 feet north of the northerly curb line of Courtland Street and extending 48 feet northerly therefrom (approximate milepost 25.65).
