Restricted Parking and Stopping

Route NJ 70
(a) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 70 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no stopping or standing” zones, where stopping or standing is prohibited at all times:
1. In Camden County:
i. In the Township of Pennsauken:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions (approximate mileposts 0.00 to 0.66).
ii. In the Township of Cherry Hill:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) From the Pennsauken-Cherry Hill Township corporate line to Haddonfield-Stoys Landing Road, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation (approximate mileposts 0.66 to 2.30)
(B) From Main Avenue to the Cherry Hill Township-Evesham Township corporate line (approximate mileposts 3.42 to 7.37).
(2) No stopping or standing along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) From the easterly curb line of Edison Avenue to a point 80 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Between Cooper Avenue and Maine Avenue.
(3) No stopping or standing along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between Connecticut Avenue and Virginia Avenue.
(B) From the easterly curb line of Georgia Avenue to a point 150 feet easterly therefrom.
2. In Burlington County:
i. In the Township of Evesham:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions (approximate mileposts 7.37 to 11.79).
ii. In the Township of Medford:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions (approximate mileposts 11.79 to 15.92).
iii. In the Township of Southampton:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between the junction of Route US 206 traffic circle and a point 1,200 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Between the junction of Route US 206 traffic circle and a point 1,200 feet westerly therefrom.
3. In Ocean County:
i. In the Township of Manchester:
(1) No stopping or standing along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Between a point 30 feet west of the center line of CR 539 and a point 400 feet westerly therefrom.
ii. In the Borough of Lakehurst:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions (approximate mileposts 43.27 to 44.58).
iii. In the Township of Lakewood:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions (approximate mileposts 49.95 to 53.29).
iv. In the Township of Brick:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) Between a point 150 feet west of the westerly curb line of Burnt Tavern Road (Bridge Avenue) and a point 150 feet east of the easterly curb line of Burnt Tavern Road (Bridge Avenue).
4. In Monmouth County:
i. In the Township of Wall:
(1) No stopping or standing along both sides:
(A) For the entire length within the corporate limits, including all ramps and connections thereto, which are under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation; except in areas covered by other approved parking restrictions.(Eastbound approximate mileposts 58.85 to 59.84). (Westbound approximate mileposts 59.20 to 59.84).
(b) The certain parts of State Highway Route NJ 70 described in this subsection are hereby designated and established as “no parking bus stop” zones, where the parking of any vehicle other than omnibuses, picking up or discharging passengers, is prohibited at all times:
1. In Camden County:
i. In the Township of Pennsauken:
(1) Near side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) McClellan Avenue - Beginning at the westerly curb line of McClellan Avenue and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(B) Lexington Boulevard - Beginning at the westerly curb line of Lexington Boulevard and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Lexington Boulevard - Beginning at the westerly curb line of Lexington Boulevard and extending 100 feet westerly therefrom.
(B) Mansion Boulevard - Beginning at the westerly curb line of Mansion Boulevard and extending 100 feet westerly therefrom.
(C) McClellan Avenue - Beginning at the westerly curb line of McClellan Avenue and extending 100 feet westerly therefrom.
ii. In the Township of Cherry Hill:
(1) Mid-block bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Between Cuthbert Boulevard (County Route 636) and Harvard Avenue – Beginning at a point 395 feet east of the center line of Cuthbert Boulevard (County Route 636) overpass and extending 135 feet east therefrom.
(2) Near side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) New Hampshire Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of New Hampshire Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Connecticut Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Connecticut Avenue and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom.
(C) South Cornell Avenue – Beginning at the easterly curb line of South Cornell Avenue and extending 105 easterly therefrom.
(3) Far side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Old Orchard Road - Beginning at the westerly curb line extension of Old Orchard Road and extending 174 feet westerly therefrom.
(4) Mid-block bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Maine Street - Beginning 385 feet east of the easterly curb line of Maine Street and extending 170 feet easterly therefrom.
(B) Springdale Road - Beginning 130 feet west of the westerly curb line of Springdale Road and extending 135 feet westerly therefrom.
(C) Kenwood Avenue - Beginning 178 feet west of the westerly curb line of Kenwood Avenue and extending 135 feet westerly therefrom.
(D) Harvard Avenue - Beginning 860 feet west of the westerly curb line of Harvard Avenue and extending 135 feet westerly therefrom.
(E) Between Route NJ 41 (Kings Highway) and Kingston Drive – Beginning at a point 655 feet east of the easterly curb line of Route NJ 41 (Kings Highway) and extending 135 feet easterly therefrom.
(F) Between Haddonfield Road (County Route 644) and Garden State Boulevard – Beginning at a point 850 feet west of the westerly curb line of Haddonfield Road (County Route 644) and extending 135 feet westerly therefrom.
2. In Burlington County:
i.  In the Township of Evesham:
(1) Near side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) North Cropwell Road - Beginning at the westerly curb line of North Cropwell Road and extending 150 feet westerly therefrom.
(B) Entrance to Shopping Center (ShopRite/Kohl’s) (Block 21 Lot 1.01) – Beginning at the prolongation of the westerly curb line of the “To Shopping Center” traffic signal and extending 105 feet westerly therefrom (approximate milepost 8.01).
(2) Far side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
No locations at this time.
(3) Mid-block bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
No locations at this time.
(4) Near side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Entrance to Shopping Center (ShopRite/Kohl’s) (Block 21 Lot 1.01) – Beginning at the easterly curb line of the “To Shopping Center” traffic signal and extending 105 feet easterly therefrom (approximate milepost 8.01).
(5) Far side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) North Cropwell Road - Beginning at the westerly curb line of North Cropwell Road and extending 100 feet westerly therefrom.
(6) Mid-block bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:

2. In Ocean County:
i.  In the Township of Lakewood:
(1) Far side bus stops along the eastbound (southerly) side:
(A) Shorrock Street – Beginning at the easterly curb line of Shorrock Street and extending 100 feet easterly therefrom.
(2) Far side bus stops along the westbound (northerly) side:
(A) Shorrock Street – Beginning at the westerly curb line of Shorrock Street and extending 100 feet westerly therefrom.
